interface.ai has announced a Q1 2025 product release featuring advanced AI capabilities for financial institutions, including real-time knowledge retrieval and AI voice cloning technology. The announcement comes ahead of the company’s appearance at the Governmental Affairs Conference (GAC) 2025 in Washington, DC.
The release introduces several key innovations, with Dynamic Knowledge leveraging Generative AI to pull real-time information from websites and documents. This advancement comes at a time when experts are increasingly focused on the responsible development of generative AI technologies.
A notable feature is the Cloned AI Voice capability, allowing organizations to create AI-driven voice interactions using replicated human voices. While this technology promises enhanced customer service, it enters the market amid growing concerns about synthetic identity creation and digital manipulation.
Security enhancements include device biometric authentication, enabling fingerprint and facial recognition for Voice and Chat AI interactions. The platform also introduces post-call text surveys for user feedback collection and expands card management capabilities to include limit increases, travel notices, and card activations.
“AI is redefining how financial institutions engage with their customers and members, and with this release, we’re taking that transformation even further,” said Srinivas Njay, CEO of interface.ai. “From real-time knowledge retrieval to frictionless authentication, we’re introducing innovations that not only enhance automation, but create more secure, seamless, and personalized experiences.”
The company’s AI Banking Platform currently supports over 1.5 million conversations daily and has processed more than 500 million conversations to date, serving nearly 100 Community Financial Institutions.
GAC 2025 attendees can experience these new features through 1:1 demos at booth #1326, where interface.ai will also preview their upcoming AI Agent and AI Operator solutions, designed to replace traditional digital banking and customer service infrastructure.
